A tier one ODM, most of the time you work with tier one customer as well.

Pretty good environment comparing to local company. A lot of team work is required, you will need to be a team player to work there.

Cons

Works very late hours and a bit far from city center. Inflexible working hours as most of the managers "expect" you to work same hours as they do.

Pros

Pegatron is Taiwanese company and as such it has things in order. Leaders there are very friendly and human. I developed many good relations besides my solid professional experiences.

Cons

As it is very big company, you cannot change many things, even if you would try hard. Leadership is Asia-minded - and I mean different than European - in some cases, so you have to get used to this.
