Pros

Great management, great benefits. If you are proactive in your career, especially early on, this is the place you want to be and you will soar when working with Pella.

Cons

Honestly, during my time there I have never ran into any issues with management. However if I was forced to come up with something, it would be that the pay is somewhat low compared to current market rates but not bad.
