- Poor Management - Lots of favoritism ,- Poor work-life balance - Lack of Organization - Emphasis on sales while failing to deliver what was promised to the customer - Disregard for the safety of field employees

Over worked, all overtime is mandatory, get written up if you are sick and call in on Saturday, 58 hours and 6 Days a week are standard

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and thank you for everything you and the team have done to go above and beyond a normal shift schedule. We know that window and door bookings growth has resulted in more overtime hours at Murray. Record low unemployment has also impacted staffing and we’re trying to hire and train team members quickly to relieve overtime demands. We’re also trying to expand our recruiting and on-boarding efforts, looking at different shift schedules, and moving production across our plants.
