Very flexible. Work content is great.

Cons

Leadership has changed over the last several years and the focus and philosophies have changed. Double the business is the drumbeat we hear now. At the same time they have reduced profit sharing and reduced the amount paid by the company for insurance. They didn't tell us about the reduction in what they paid for insurance. So the cost of living increase just went to cover the difference so you never really got ahead.
