Pros

Professionally run, proactive, fiscally conservative, organized, strong at continuous improvement, great at providing professional development, competitive salary. Terrific compensation and benefits (profitsharing, insurance, wellness programs, bonuses, relocation packages).

Cons

Bureaucratic at times and that sometimes got frustrating. Though they made attempts to improve workforce diversity, that was challenging due to their locations as well as leadership being conservative. PTO accrual rate was lacking. Work/life balance was hard there. It felt a little like a competition to see who could work the longest hours and I think that was unintentionally reinforced by leadership.
