Pros

Pella allows its employees to learn and grow by trying different roles across the organization if desired.

Cons

They recently let go of many long term employees who are having difficulty finding jobs this late in their career. And Pella did well financially this year.

Culture was nice. Pay was decent. Felt appreciated by low level management

Cons

Contracted for 50 hours a week but often worked much less due to hiring too many people. When lay off come they only consider attendance points not what kind of worker the person Is. Alot of management changes
