Pros

Used to have equal opertunity. Clean. Decent hourly wage.

Cons

Very anti-Christian. No bonuses. Only two 10 minute breaks. Favors non-white, non-Christians. Promotes/celebrate Pride events and men in women's Restrooms. Dock pay based on religious beliefs. Benefits taken away every year. Have to hide your Christian beliefs.

Pros

Gas compensation. Not overly strict expense reporting Modest salary while training. (Not full commission out the gate) Leads are typically generated for you. Self gens are a bonus but not expected for productivity.

Cons

Horrible communication about schedule. This was present in training and was even worse when you start running leads. Expect to have your entire day set aside at a moments notice. 6:00PM leads are the norm and can be a large distance away. Training is inadequate and poorly structured. Product knowledge is almost entirely self conducted. Management seems to be mostly unaware of the intricate details and incapable of providing adequate training or resources. Training will focus on how to conduct a session with a very unnatural and canned script. They will provide absolutely no training on building rapport, almost nothing on psychology of sales, and no guidance on any soft skills. Once you start running sessions, it is all about hitting numbers. They are intentionally structured against you. Sessions that are cancelled by the client, even if you never ran them, will still count against you. Sessions can be assigned to you that you are not even allowed to sell (due to product limitations and they did not properly vet the appointment) but they will still count these against you. Overall, the training salary makes it appear as if it isn't "sink or swim" culture, but it absolutely is. They will not invest in you unless you bring in money and in rather short order.

Pros

The teamwork we had on our night shift was great.

Cons

Long, grueling hours on third shift, mandatory overtime three Fridays in a row, no extra pay for third shift. When they no longer need mandatory overtime, they lay you off temporarily and have to file unemployment paperwork and are delayed money waiting for that to process. Nearly impossible to move to a better position unless you’re sleeping with someone above you.
