      Pros

      Fun and relaxed work environment. Opportunities to advance if you want them and work hard. Not all branches are corporate owned but are small local businesses (sometimes a con).

      Cons

      Unorganized and wavering goals as a company. Training is limited to none. Most people without the "I can do" or "I'll figure it out" drives fail or struggle. Some things are pushed under the rug allowing long time employees to basically run the place or do things like talk to managers without respect.

      As far as the people and culture of the company go, they try to maintain an upbeat fun place to work.

      Somewhat lacking in adequate supervision/guidance to be successful.

      Management Hard to Pin Down

      Pros

      Company is very professional and has great marketing materials. They provided samples, a few leads but expect you to go out and root around for the business but they expect instant results.

      Cons

      Management is not in tune with the market. They also have internal issues with their service department. While they talk about it there isn't any change.
