      Cons

      You will be told alot of things to get you hired. You will work very hard, 10 hrs at a time. Alot of bullying goes on, this company does not have your back if you get hurt on the job. Their product comes first, you are just used to make it, nothing more.

      Pros

      The management truly cares about their employees. They show appreciation for them and are always looking for opportunities for employees to grow and move up or around in the company. Good benefits - employer contributed Growing rapidly

      Cons

      Often expected to do more with less. Need to work on organizational structure. Senior level management often circumvents middle management or gets involved without first knowing all the details. Senior management often parades political affiliation which does make some employees who do not share the same views uncomfortable.
