      Pros

      It is a good pace environment.

      Cons

      They have no dependable training available to new empoyees. The Temps don't last due to the lack of training and lack of cooperation and guidance from coworkers.

      I really can't come up with anything positive to say other than I'm glad I don't work there anymore.

      Cons

      Awful, incompetent service managers that had no control over the service center. How do you allow other service reps to not assist walk in customers and knowing only one rep (me) assists customers and then punish her when stuff hits the fan? My workload tripled and when I called the management on it, I lost my job. I received no training and was set up for failure from the beginning. Also I had perfect attendance and showed up to work on time every time. This place operated as if it were in a parallel universe. What a joke

      Pros

      Manufacturing produces beautiful clad products, and ships on time. The product line variety results in making sales meeting varied customer needs.

      Cons

      Some sales managers view their customers as people from whom money is squeezed, rather than people whose trust and respect is needed in order to build a successful business. Service manager is too quick to blame customers for faulty installation, rather than inspect products to see that manufacturing supplied defective items.
