Manager Friendly, Training provided, Dependable work. Reasonable pay.

Cons

Shifted work schedule by several hours to fall outside availability and expected employees to upturn entire lives to adjust. Moderate-to-low communication of OT scheduling.

Ability to make money, warm leads, no cold calling

Cons

Most unprofessional company I have worked at. Management is unsupportive, does not listen to employees, has an unrealistic expectation of sales reps regarding work load and job title, takes no initiative to make working environment enjoyable, they have an "it's always been done this way" mindset, no opportunity for growth
