Cons

Kept ripping off customers/ customers were so hostile when I'd get to a location. Internally they are a mess

Pros

Pella has excellent products, installers, salesforce & warrantees. Benefits were maybe a bit above average.

Cons

Management paid a lot of lip service about how they cared for their employees. However 1 - 2 weeks prior to the federal government offering relief for Covid-19, 23 people were suddenly let go. Including a long time sales person who was scheduled for open heart surgery.

Everything. Horrible horas and long days. Dangerous, heavy work high up a lot of the time and tons of driving.
