      Pros

      I've been employed by Pella for over 13 years and after working for other companies I can't say enough about how well they treat their co-workers. Pella values employee input and has a great family culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes takes time to bring products to market but they do their homework and it pays off in the end.

      Family Owned People Focused Culture

      Pella has a culture that cares about the employees who work here. They truly want you to succeed. Flexibility is also a big win! The people who work here are passionate about the brand the work for and the products and services we deliver. Working at a company that's been around for 90+ years, and is a leading brand provides security, and the ongoing innovations is not only exciting but provides confidence that we'll be here for another 90.

      Cons

      Job progressions are not clearly defined in all areas and can make navigating progressions complex. Job titles and responsibilities are not comparable to other companies in many areas.
