Amazing growth opportunities, promotes learning and development, positive culture, work/life balance, sense of community, innovative, continuously working on employee engagement, respects employee feedback, overall a great place to start or grow your career.

Cons

With every company, it is hard to effectively communicate how much the company cares about individuals development. I can see how some departments who have managers that did not receive and/or share some/all of the information, could have some cons with the org.
