Money and benefits, short term employment

Cons

Point system, no raises as promised, overtime is promised, not given, bad training. Some older employees are aloud to bully. No pay differential for 2nd shift, 2 ten minute breaks and a 2o minute lunch, only half your lunch break is paid by employer.

Pay, benefits, hours, opportunity for overtime during busy season, flexibility for time off as needed

Cons

Minimal opportunity for advancement, minimal opportunities to ask for raises even if you work hard and deserve it, hours tend to be cut in winter.
