      Pros

      The people at Pella really care about one another, and are great about accommodating personal needs and development, but everyone is also incredibly motivated toward excellence, results, and growth in everything we do.

      Cons

      Some of the policies, practices, and environments are a little dated, though the company is shifting more toward a focus of rapid change and risk-aware action.

      Pros

      Pella not only prides itself in the quality of it's products, but in its people. Here, you're treated like family and rewarded for the job you do. In all the places I've worked in my life, Pella stands out as one of the top. The quality of life, the benefits, the amazing management team, and the personalization from the CEO, as he tries to know everyone's name.

      Cons

      Depending on your area, OT may not be available or you may be required to work one Saturday every five weeks or so.

      The people culture is incredible making it a "most admired place to work" in my opinion.

      The intentional way we encourage ideas from everyone. Networking cross functionally helps move things along quicker. Innovation of product "Proud to be selling such amazing product"

      Cons

      Spend a lot of time in meetings , great for calibration, but often becomes unproductive time spent.
