Pros

The teamwork we had on our night shift was great.

Cons

Long, grueling hours on third shift, mandatory overtime three Fridays in a row, no extra pay for third shift. When they no longer need mandatory overtime, they lay you off temporarily and have to file unemployment paperwork and are delayed money waiting for that to process. Nearly impossible to move to a better position unless you’re sleeping with someone above you.

Pros

Very flexible schedule, amazing work life balance. Supportive management, high quality products. If you can sell 100k a month in windows you will make 96k+ salary. Not incredibly hard, not easy though.

Cons

Pella has had issues in the past with quality, however the products now are top notch. Products are overpriced, but still very high quality.
