Small town feel with locations across the country; people-focused, family-focused culture, internal opportunities for movement and learning; lots of growth is expanding the opportunities quickly; good visibility to leaderships vision and agenda; high team member engagement; great profit sharing

Hello, thanks for your review! We're pleased to hear about your experience with Pella. We're proud of the communities we're a part of, but we know they're not for everyone, and when possible, we offer flexible work arrangements for our team members. This month, we opened an office space in the Des Moines area to support workplace flexibility for our team and we also have many team members who choose to commute from the Des Moines area (less than an hour).

Strong, vibrant culture of care Great benefits Teamwork mindedness and work Focus on doing meaningful work that aligns with strengths, passion and aspirations Forward thinking, innovative and collaborative creativity Embrace work-life concepts - working remote, remote office option, etc.

HQ in a smaller area (some want to live in more metro location - they did open a remote office in DSM)
