I have worked for several companies in my career and I can honestly say, no company I've ever interacted with is as great as Pella. This company is driven to win and passionate about its product and the people who make it successful. I love the energy at the headquarters and the pride everyone takes in their work. I cannot say enough great things about this company!

Pros

Great people culture, work life balance, empowered and valued for work, great 401k and profit sharing. Servant leadership is something I am passionate about and this company values it. I get to work with my friends and people I trust. I am challenged and pushed to develop and grow as a leader.

Cons

Any time I've had a concern and brought it to my manager, we've adjusted/improved the situation. no complaints
