Flexible with work life balance. Offers a wide array of professional development opportunities and mentoring.

Cons

Leadership changing benefits and expectations like compensation plans/bonuses and work from home policies. Pay is so-so and benefits are expensive. Experience is entirely dependent on department and who your manager is.
