      Pella - A great place to work.

      Pros

      Pella has great benefits, and is a leader in its field. Everything they do is first-class. The people I worked with were great as well. It was great to work for such a recognizable brand name. I was proud to tell people who I worked for. Also, I loved the autonomy of working in the field, and running my own area.

      Cons

      The training program left something to be desired. It may have just been my branch, though. Also, the construction field was not my passion.

      Cons

      Management supported Sales Reps who make racist comments to customers because they are the top reps, such a high turnover rate you can hardly be properly trained, very poor pay and constantly dealing with unhappy customers from Service overflow. There is no where to grow, staff have either been there so long they don’t care anymore or they are so new they can’t answer your questions.

      Pros

      The company pays well and has great benifits. They have lots of group outings to further team play amongst the workers.

      Cons

      No room for internal movement. Very cliquey and if you don't fit in, management will push you out with no heart. By fitting in, you'd have to adhear to your co-works beliefs in life, nothing work related. If you don't, leave fast!
