Brilliant training. Sales Manager Paul G. excellent trainer and very fair. Fair to Good renumeration. CEO Pella Global - incredibly kind and approachable.

Cons

Mississauga head office distant and heavy management load not ideal for Senior level Sales agents IMO. Business plans, strategies annually and heavy CRM compliance.
