      Pros

      Pella has a very friendly culture. There is plenty of support and associates offering to help when needed. Every team member is happy to share their knowledge. It is a very professional environment and everyone works diligently. They offer very fair pay and great benefits.

      Cons

      There are not enough hours in the day to learn the product.... but no one is either expecting you to know it straight away. It will take time.
