Pros

Great corporate culture - family atmosphere. People really do care about each other there. They really want to see you grow professionally and become better. I had a very good manager, he really took the time to give me instructions on tasks and also feedback on my work. Would definitely recommend this company!

Cons

With the economy being the way it is, Pella decided to stop paying its interns, so all interns are unpaid at this time. However if you don't mind doing free labor, you will still get great experience!

Pros

Stabile business, privately owned, employee focused company, high priority on safety. Time off s very easily granted with adequate time for approval.

Cons

Pay is not fairly representitive of competition, some of the benefits are slightly less than competitors, but some benefits are better.
