Pros

Great name in the industry. They have a root in the small town atmospehere which does help. They invite people from all over the world to visit their factory, which is incredible. That's all I have to say about that.

Cons

Low pay and long hours. If you work with the right people it can be much more enjoyable. If you work in the wrong area, it can be very difficult to sell such an expensive product. There are several knock-offs that are much less expensive. That makes the job very difficult at times.

Pros

Well known company that appears to have high quality.

Cons

Company has conflicts between wholesale dealer companies that Pella sells product. These companies sell direct to the homeowners. Pella also is selling direct to homeowners and they will take away jobs from their own wholesale dealers. Pella also as 2 sales forces. 1st to wholesale dealers and 2nd direct to homeowner. In fighting among the 2 different sales force.
