Great Company with Great Products My Distributor was great to work with and all great people Pay was average for sales rep Provided all benefit options

Cons

Long hours and days depending on how they set up your in home sales appointments This position is business to consumer which I would prefer business to business Is tough selling direct to consumer when the company sells same windows for much cheaper at Lowes.

Pay and benefits are great. Co-workers were great too and knowledgeable.

Cons

The seem to not care about anything but production and when the line performs well, management is rewarded, not the line workers. Management only seems to side with other management. Employee issues and opinions are brushed off like they are irrelevant.
