Notoriously bad company to work for

Pros

Some of the people were great to work with.

Cons

Employees - including long time, long term employees - were tragically overworked and underpaid. Soon after I was hired they almost lost most of their key people because the complaining about this was so universal, they threatened to walk out. Management only backed down when they knew they had too much to lose ... and even then, every penny had to be fought for. Extremely high turnover rate. Most of the better employees quit after a short period b/c of the low pay and neglect of employee needs - or, they fired people on a whim when they were no longer useful. My advice: stay away and look elsewhere.

Pros

The work is relatively easy and pay is decent.

Cons

This plant has some issues. More than typical manufacturing drama. Management is the worst. I think if they got rid of some of the managers it would be a good plant to work in. The culture is awful. There is no training and goals are unrealistic. People start on Monday and leave by Wed. They told us we would only be working 8 hr shifts 5 days a week with OT AS NEEDED when I first started. Now it is 4 10's with 8 on most Fri and 8 every other Sat. I took this job for less money to get fewer hours now I make more money with more hours. Not what I wanted.
