Pros

40+ hours a week but a somewhat flexible in schedule.

Cons

Company went from Base + salary to Commission only. Commission rate was low and management could reduce your commission on a job if there were errors - even though a project manager would verify the details of the job the reps quoted.

Pros

Work/Life Balance (1 appt a day, gives you plenty of free time) Selling a great product that consumers have faith in

Cons

Favoritism among staff and management (the opportunity you will actually get is very limited) No Diversity! Poor customer service for your clients (won’t get any help when issues happen and have to deal with plenty of angry customers) Bonus Structure that pins all the sales rep against each other instead of rewarding individual achievements Commission structure that will inevitably rip you off when you realize what a joke the place is and quit.
