Pros

The health insurance is decent, your coworkers are easy to get along with, good benefits if you want to purchase windows or doors for a discount

Cons

Lack of oversight or accountability from leadership. There is no accountability for poor management and it’s draining to the people who work there. Coordinators are treated like crap but other departments, by customers and by sales reps. There is no flexibility to work from home except for the people that HR for managers favor. The PTO is bare minimum and the HR department could not care less about the people who work there. Instead of actually hiring people they use temps who come and go without a care leaving a huge amount of extra worked to be piled on the small amount of team memebers. The direct supervisor is caring and tried to help but not much can fix bad HR and bad corporate oversight. The products are so expensive and people are promised a luxury experience but the company does little to equip people with the tools or support to provide that service. The projects go awry so often as well because there isn’t quality control on materials and the warehouse team is overwhelmed with having to create their own processes. It’s a poorly run company for being so long lived.
