Pros

Great people and great products. The company sincerely cares about their customers and takes their reputation seriously. There is a lot of training assistance and they push you to be creative. Their pay is comparable to other companies and their benefits were wonderful. I was able to polish my conflict resolution skills because I was empowered to really take care of the customer. My job had lots of flexibility, my manager and the entire management staff were wonderful.

Cons

Lots of upward mobility if you want to go to the corporate office, but there wasn't much for the field reps. On the plus side, they encouraged you to shadow other positions and attend trainings (or graduate school) give you opportunities to grow.

Pros

Pella is very family-oriented, and they encourage employees to occasionally leave work early and spend the afternoon with family and friends. There are a lot of fun events that Pella puts on, such as decade weeks and company-wide picnics.

Cons

As with any company, corporate politics can come into play at Pella. Very hard to see if you're not looking for it, though!
