Pros

Very good opportunity to make commission, plus they pay you good salary until you start making good commission. Competitive environment

Cons

You have to learn to budget. You may make 10k one month and $300 for the next two months.

Pros

Great market opportunities in NYC market with Landmarks projects.

Cons

Limited administrative support. Limited field training to understand the processes. You have to collect payments at 3 stages. You have to do detailed proposals for labor and be responsible if legal language is missing not perfect. Customer Service for issues is inadequate. Sales Managers do not support you. They go to a lot of meetings and just ask what sales you are bringing in. Not enough support so you can do your job. Training is independent and others on your team avoid you when you are new.
