The overall Company financial outlook is excellent.

Cons

Pella just look for younger white male to be promoted and don't provide opportunity for advancement if you are not part of this demographic, they descriminate a lot and will work hard to hide the truth instead of making it right. now with the current environment in the country, Pella is definitely more aligned with current WH administration.
