We are able to keep our facts in check throughout the year as we continue to recruit and speak to potential candidates as part of our interview process. In regards to working long hours, we hold weekly meetings with our practice leaders and staffing leadership to monitor staffing and ensure that no one team member is over-utilized based upon the prior weeks’ trends. Where we see a valued team member at consistent peak levels, we often deploy additional resourcing to help manage the spikes that happen as part of project work. We take great pride in ensuring we have consistent visibility to utilization trends and take action accordingly.
