Pros

The people are friendly and they try to foster a culture of entrepreneurship up to and including the CEO. If you put in the hours and learn more of the tech you can do well since you become more staffable. The culture is collaborative and they do try to make everyone feel included for the most part. There are opportunities to learn new tech if you are willing to go for it and people willing to help out. The best part of this company is the collaboration people are willing to partake in.

Cons

Mentorship program is not great and kind of mediocre which is an interesting contrast to the cheerleader mentality here. The matching up of mentors and mentees seems to make no sense and it is not really enforced so if you aren't someone who has a very clear and distinct career path in mind then you will flounder since the work itself can be boring since a lot of it is ERP software. If you don't like accounting or dry financial data or analytics then this may not be a fit. They promise training and support and have made strides in that direction but make no mistake that on top of a big work load you will be learning a lot on your own time if you don't already know the software. (This can also be a pro for some people. ) Unlike bigger and established consulting firms you do not get a company credit card unless you are a sales person or higher management (as far as I know) so be prepared to use your credit card and then get reimbursed more than 3+ weeks later. They do have options to mitigate it but I imagine it is extremely awkward asking a more senior person to pay for your expenses for whatever reason. Combined with below industry pay; this seems to show a lack of awareness of the economic realities for younger team members (or lack of caring but I don't get the impression that is the case). Peloton has a certain image in mind for its culture where it is a bit more casual but still a professional consulting firm but could work more on better management and clarifying policies, better on-boarding onto projects, and better tech support honestly. Lets be honest, "unlimited" vacation sounds amazing but with a consulting firm and a deadline driven environment...there seems to be a disconnect particularly since Peloton is heavily in the northeast, an area where people value putting in hours and bragging about it. If you want to work for a start-up a la tech start-ups you won't get what you are looking for. If you want to work in consulting and not be too miserable this company is a good medium.

Pros

I've had good luck with the teams I've worked on, where a majority of my team members have been dedicated and hard-working. I've also been lucky to have flexible clients who truly see the team as an extension of their company.

Cons

There are some in the management layer that are only there to push PowerPoint slides. I've been on a project where I was expected to spend more time updating 5 different trackers than I was expected to do work.

Pros

Good pay and great benefits.

Cons

Toxic positivity culture. Poster-child for "this meeting could've been an email". Too rigid and bureaucratic in processes. Waste of my/your time.
