Paid well for that your job duties were.

Cons

Management focused on delegation over getting the job done quickly and well. Management just organized things in a way so they could leave early. Didn't keep any promises they made upon hire. Once they realized they were underpayment employees they gave everybody a raise. Then ignored performance reviews, 1 on 1s, employee development.
