The benefits are the best thing about this job. Not much else.

Cons

None. If you don't mind getting yelled at by angry Members all day every day. And there being nothing you can do for them.

Pros

Great pay and perks, company culture, weekly company-wide meetings, weekly one on ones with your supervisor, personal development and growth, and lots of company social events and activities.

Cons

Heavy workload (due to covid), which meant constant calls and messages from our members, and having to deal with entitled/rude people on a daily basis to help resolve their issues. Repetitive work. Lots of detailed learning/training. Not an easy job at first.
