      Management say all the right things in terms of culture, but it actually feels quite the opposite and somewhat fake/insincere/condescending. Some very high paid people doing very fluffy jobs, no wonder we’ve been struggling financially. Questionable things going on with management and people team. Lack of communication across the company, All Hands often seem like a waste of time!
