- Job security, we are just waiting to be laid off constantly - Middle level management does not know what is going on, rarely has solutions for problems

Good benefits at start, were unfortunately slowly eroded.

Cons

Massive levels of miscommunication from every department. Over promising and underdelivering on every level. At time of employment, the dilbert principle was in full effect. Hardly any room for growth despite meeting and exceeding all responsibilities. Ended up getting laid off with hundreds of others because company value tanked after gross mismanagement.
