The sense of community always felt forced. As a member or employee I felt you had to buy into the ethos wholeheartedly or, at the very least, pretend to or lose your job

Peloton had great benefits for full-time employees, flexible scheduling for those that needed it, and a better starting pay than most jobs of that level in the area.

Cons

Long hours were expected of everyone, at every level, and the work could be grueling and physical some days.
