      Great team members, salary, benefits, culture and never a dull moment. You can really invest yourself into the mission and work.

      Cons

      Re-orgs and new executives being brought on who execute further layoffs before they've even gotten to know the teams and what they contribute. Company is in down-sizing mode and stability is currently missing.
