Pros
Somewhat laid back, access to the entire company happenings at any level, fun and young atmosphere.
Cons
Almost all of the (problematic) senior leadership came up through the ranks at Peloton. Some started as studio managers and are now SVPs and Directors in a very short amount of time, Unfortunately some of those individuals have absolutely no clue what they're doing and it shows. It's an east coast company, so don't expect a direct line of communication to any of these individuals.
