Pros

Health Benefits and Discount Perks

Cons

Since 2022 the company has not put people first after the mass lay offs. They are in need of a buyer as their current financial instability is detrimental to their employees and future of the company. Change Management is atrocious, it happens every month and there are people leaders who should not be in their positions.

Pros

Business tools and technology Brand name momentum helps get in the door with prospects

Cons

Mainly leadership (or lack thereof) - formerly known as Precor, Peloton Commercial is on an accelerating track to shut down. Although previous leadership was not strong, the current leadership is (and I am being generous here) abysmal. We have transitioned to a blatantly hostile work environment. Teams and individual teammates are encouraged to compete with each other rather than focus on the competition, our relationships with customers are adversarial, and our senior leaders treat frontline team members with either disregard or outright contempt. I have personally heard leadership disrespecting our new CEO on several calls which leads me to believe that leaders are incapable of working effectively with others, whether higher up in the organization or within their own line of reporting.

Pros

Pay is decent Warehouse workers are cool as hell For the ones that got laid off you know longer need to work for a company that doesn't have they're stuff together.

Cons

The CEO and ALL of his management teams throughout Peloton all over are all pieces of feces. Trash benefits This place really sucks. Nice to you one moment then back stab the next.
