Pros

Was there during pandemic, they treated employees very well and with great consideration during COVID-19. Manager was fantastic.

Cons

Corporate failed to understand their growth and the traffic cycles at brick and mortar, leading to some over inflated goaling and metrics.

Pros

Keeps employees (hard to find a company now a days), 40 hour workweek with no forced overtime, very diverse and benefits are the best I've seen as someone who's low on the totem pole.

Cons

A couple managers are lacking in what I'd call managerial experience. Everyone doesn't seem to be on the same page a lot of the time. Since employees don't leave often then it's not a very ladder friendly climb for newer people.
