Pros

Absolutely nothing.a few great people.

Cons

Zero values, no work life-balance. After year’s being remote they force you to go back to the most toxic place. Supervisors are clueless. Big office for less than 100 people. Benefits used to be good. Constant layoff. No moving up. Please do not work there. My life change the moment I left.

Pros

Easy job. Used to be the greatest place to work before paycut

Cons

Management from store level up to CEO do very little. No support is given to associates. They spend all their time in meetings, but never produce good ideas. They cost the company so much money, not only in their absorbent salaries, but because of their half baked ideas that don't actually benefit the company. They also ignore the real issue. STAY AWAY, Peloton is a sinking ship!

Pros

Very good benefits, very good pay for retail

Cons

-Massive disconnect between company leadership and anyone else -No departments work together or are allowed to. Stores have to direct customer issues to online support, big or small -The company uses 3 avenues for main communication and is not organized whatsoever. Miss a week of work, and unless you’re checking Slack, Yoobic, and emails, you’re a month behind -Company initiatives always changing. Master one, the company disregards and moves onto something else in hopes it will keep the business alive -Zero marketing for retail stores whatsoever, zero opportunity to host outside events to raise awareness of your store and get business
