      Pros

      Great benefits, college reimbursement for all, competitive pay, great environment, diverse staff, very flexible time off policy. A company that truly cares about employee well being.

      Cons

      Newer company with growing pains, processes still being developed, systems/tools are a little behind where the company size is at due to huge growth spike during pandemic. There are plans to make improvements soon which should help!
