Pros
Easy and fun job. Awesome people still work there, and good work/life balance - granted, it’s retail, so how good can that balance be anyway with working weekends and holidays, right?
Cons
Peloton did away with commission, sucking to only an hourly rate. Competitive - ish, but not great money given the country’s economic situation $$$. Also closing a lot of showrooms - the trend is to close most, so the uncertainty in the company is big at the moment regarding retail’s future. No room for growth at this point with the company. Main focus is the app, so retail is kind of abandoned.
