Pros
Every job states that they are a family but peloton is serious about it when they say it. I've created long lasting friendships with my peloton family inside and outside of work. My team was very laid back, work wasn't too much and pay is really good.
Cons
Favoritism could sometimes show, when I worked there there was a lot of family members that were referred to the job which made it kind of unfair when it came to leniency but it wasn't too much.
