Pros

Rapidly growing company that oftentimes hires from within. A plethora of opportunities for raises and promotions, and also opportunities to form your own job title since it's a fairly new company.

Cons

You are expected to pull your weight. You are held accountable for your actions. They will not hesitate to replace you if you do not show your commitment and compassion for the company and its philosophy/don't deliver what you promise.

Pros

Really loved the people I worked with and the relaxed environment, also really thought that the bike was an awesome product so I loved selling it!

Cons

The company is still small, so they are still working out a few kinks and trying out new systems to see what works best so things didnt always run so smoothly. Sometimes the people higher up didnt understand that the problem was the systems and not the employees.
