Peloton is still trying to find who they are as a business. It's totally unrecognizable in culture and operation from the early days. Things needed to change to become profitable, but they sold their soul to become mediocre.

Pay was decent, great coworkers as well.

Cons

We were overworked, under-appreciated, when layoffs hit, they pretty much told us that we would have to pick up the work for others days before we were told there would be no layoffs.

Operate as if everything is always on fire, consistently changing approach and just doing vs having a plan of action, which has cost them time, energy, and a lot of money.
