      Great employee benefits but company not doing well so got laid off

      Pros

      - Great employee benefits (unlimited PTO, healthcare, severance package) - Able to learn and made progress in career - The office was very nice - Employees supported each other, even with cross-functional teams - Value DEI

      Cons

      - Everyone was stressed as the company wasn't doing well - High expectations - Leveling structure was bad (or almost no structure?) as all the reviews were subjective to your manager
